Bilingual Customer Service Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
Triage incoming email and distribute accordingly
Answer questions and investigate issues, such as payments, reports, invoicing, etc.
Keep client documents updated
Provide recommendations for changes
Set up external/internal meetings as required to ensure an issue/proposed solution is fully understood
Attend project meetings for changes and fixes
Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve more complicated issues and determine solutions
Shadow with other departments to gain a an excellent understanding of the business/new requests
Provide training to teammates where applicable
Look for ways to gain efficiency within the team
One year of previous experience as a Customer Support Analyst
Attention to detail
A thirst for knowledge
Passionate about customer service
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via email (80% e-mail, 20% phone)
Ability to think outside the box
Adaptable to change
Not afraid to question the way we do things
Good leadership skills
