-Enter in accurate information of vehicle and customer information during auction sales
-Provide administrative support to the auctioneer
-Use the AS400 system to record information, input customer data and process all sold units
-Pick up and distribute bills of sales to the front office
-Verify vehicle run order to ensure appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold
-Other general duties assigned
Attributes we are looking for:
-Minimum one year clerical / office experience
-Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
-Must be able to work a in loud, fast paced environment
-Reliability and attendance is extremely important
Shifts: Part-timeTuesday mornings and Thursday evenings (and possibly Wednesday evenings)
Compensation: $14/hr for first 6 weeks, plus 4% vacation pay!
