The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing territory managers in Ontario and Western Canada. This includes:
- Assisting in the development of sales programs and product line-ups
- Ensuring strategic planning is established and executed within regions
- Developing and maintaining a warm sales relationship with customers and dealerships across regions
- Coaching, supervising, and developing territory managers
- Providing sales forecast and budget data to territory managers
- Analyzing and controlling expenditures of territory managers
- Analyzing market conditions and forming strategies to meet customers needs
- Preparing and presenting annual dealer product and sales presentations
- Promoting products at tradeshows and association meetings
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor s Degree in related field or 5 to 7 years of sales experience with independent dealers and retailers required
- 3 to 5 years experience leading sales team required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Strong presentation skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proficiency in Salesforce an asset
- French written and verbal communication an asset
