We are looking for an outgoing and motivated person to fulfil a sales role within Ontario!
Sales of beeswax candles and rose arrangements that last 10 years will be your main sellers to commercial prospects. This position will require quoting large commercial accounts, maintaining the accounts and potentially travelling long distance to grow client lead base. The sales territory will be all of Ontario (main focus to begin in Southwestern Ontario) plus possible international sales.
**100% Commission based ** + Fuel allowance
Equipment Commission pay structure paid upon full installation. (11 days after an installation takes place). All approved commission pay is paid out weekly on Fridays
Normal working hours are 10am-5pm Monday to Friday
No holiday sales permitted
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and submit quotes estimates and follow-up with sales daily
Self-led appointments with commercial managers, store chains, hotel chains, banquet halls, wedding locations, etc.
Determine product arrangements and solutions dependant on customer needs and prospects
Assist with scheduling deliveries with the Receptionist and Operations Manager
Submit approved expense reports as per policy
Provide the Corporate office with completed documents for account set-up and processing
Honor all company policies
Assist the Operations Manager when needed
Attend monthly meetings with management to review targets and strategies
Comply with all company policies and procedures at all times
Willing to travel to appointments within Ontario within a reasonable radius of the home branch
3-5 years of sales experience relating to commercial and consumer product distribution
3-5 years of proven results in a sales role
Knowledge and passion for healthy, natural products (such as beeswax candles and roses)
A bachelor s degree or equivalent in sales is an asset
G class drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
Strong time-management ability
Able to provide outstanding customer service at all times while also fully paying attention to customers needs and requests
Very professional attitude
Highly motivated to develop sales and carry out sales objectives
Graciously able to accept rejection
Ability to process electronic and hard copy documents
Integrity- ethical and honest
No drinking or drugs on the job or while representing the company at any time
Reliable, on time, dependable
Strong initiative to take on challenges and responsibilities
Must have: your own smart phone, your own tablet, reliable transportation
